Dear Dune developers,


During the last week our GitLab received what seems to be several 
attacks to the service. During those times, the service may have been 
very slow or even unresponsive. Due to the counter measures to maintain 
the service live, access to unauthenticated resources are currently 
maintained under strong rate limits. As a side effect of this, the CIs 
in the Dune GitLab and elsewhere, e.g., GitHub Actions, are most likely 
not able to fetch contents from the server since yesterday. This will be 
maintained until further notice. We ask you for your understanding.
