I have in the meantime prepared and polished the Debian packages.
They are in still in unstable waiting for builds and test on some architectures
(I mean you riscv64, that is giving me headaches because of boost for some of OPM).

Luckily the packages have already migrated to Ubuntu, see e.g. [1].
Hence they should be part of the next LTS.
