[Dune-devel] website: Search in doxygen for DUNE 2.11 is missing

Hi Carsten,

thanks for the first diagnosis! What I can add:

1. The documentation for both 2.11 and 2.10 are generated by Doxygen
    1.9.4 (according to a comment in the HTML source code). This is
    from 2022 and the current release is 1.17. Might be worth a try
    with a newer Doxygen.

2. A bug in Doxygen's issue tracker looks related
    https://github.com/doxygen/doxygen/issues/9705
    But we did not fiddle around with these variables for years.
