as we intend all staging module to become a core module in the future,<br>
I assumed that the access rights would be inherited from the core<br>
modules + some additional ones. Apparently this is wrong , at least<br>
for dune-python this is not the case, but I didn't check the others.<br>

I would suggest to add @core to all staging modules and wanted to ask<br>
for your opinions.<br>
