[dune-fem] Thanks

After some maybe not too well formulated postings: after solving the
various technical problems with Dune::Fem I'm now able to run a
long-term simulations (not yet really long-term, but so what, long
enough). No memory leaking, things work great, dumping simulation data
to disk with no hazzle. Just nice. Thanks. With compliments to the
Dune:Fem core-team. Still some topics remain. Some tweaks should
probably be submitted to the Dune::Fem repository. Later. As time permits.
