[dune-fem] AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE called twice (once directly, once by DUNE_AC_INIT)

Hi there,

with recent automake-1.14.1 I get the error

'global options already processed'

The reasons is (ok, first reason, that the automake maintainers
changed something ...) that AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE() is called twice, one in

DUNE_AC_INIT(), options [foreign 1.9 tar-pax]

and another time directly with options

[foreign 1.9 tar-pax dist-bzip2]

I think we should remove the second call, although "make dist" then
only produces tar.gz. Any objections against that?
