[dune-fem] "make check" and "experimental grid extensions"

make check

fails in the FilteredGridPart tests without
DUNE_GRID_EXPERIMENTAL_GRID_EXTENSIONS being defined (this is on the
"trunk", or HEAD/master or whatever gittish word is correct). If this
must be so, then one probably could and should add a configure check,
or disable the FilteredGridPart if
DUNE_GRID_EXPERIMENTAL_GRID_EXTENSIONS is not defined. Or maybe this
is simply work in progress?
