The idea was to have at least one simple example with some accessible 
documentation
directly in the dune-fem-howto - it's tricky.... We could keep two 
copies I guess it
really is not a lot of code... But in dune-fem we would then probably 
add spaces for
all element types and higher order and so on and then the example again 
becomes too
difficult to give an easy explanation of what has to be done.
