[dune-fem] [dune-fem-devel] Planed release 2.4

Dear Dune-Fem Uesers/developers

Yesterday i uploaded the tar balls to the Fem 2.4 release.

The documentation has been updated.
The Git reposirtories should be up-to-date.

Besides the usual compatibility updates and bugfixes,
we have added this features
- (full) cmake support
- concept of (Local)DofVectors
- LDL and SPQR as direct solvers
- Review of GridParts to be aligned with GridViews
in this release.

The howto tarball/documentation is updated, too.

An official announcement at the dune page will follow.
