[dune-functions] inconsistent class names in pqknodalbasis.hh

Hi Felix,
sorry for never answering to this.  The proposal does certainly sound reasonable.  I have added
it to the list of things to discuss at the next dune-functions meeting, which is scheduled for
next week.
