[dune-functions] Functions on intersections

Dear all,

while trying to "replace" or enhance the parameter classes of pdelab
with with the new features we played with in functions, I stumbled
upon a particular question/issue.

I observed that we use member functions, which evaluate a function
local to an intersection. Actually this might fit our interface, but
using an other set of entities or local contextes. What do you think?

An other interpretation might be to talk about trace-spaces and then
we would rather bind to an entity and evaluate then on a particular
intersection.

All this .... just into the blue ...
