[dune-pdelab] example from pdelab-howto crashes

Dear Dune-PDELab,

running the nonoverlappingsinglephaseflow example with ALUGrid in 3D on
two processes fails an assertion.

I am using the current svn versions with ALUGrid-1.14, metis-4.0, gcc
4.3.4, and openmpi 1.3.2.

I attach my output below. Could you maybe have a look?
