[dune-pdelab] pdelab installation - some .hh do not get copied to installation directory

He already got back to me, but I did not find the time to look through
it, yet.


BTW: Does anybody get notifications if one posts a bug. I recall that
this did not work the last I tried, which make the bugtracking kind of
back hole.
