[dune-pdelab] Dune::PDELab::ISTLBackend_NOVLP_CG_AMG_SSOR with ALUGrid

Hi Rebecca,

is it possible that p0ghostconstraints.hh does not get copied to the 
pdelab/finiteelementmap/ directory during the installation of pdelab 
(make install)? Or is this intended as it is a new feature?
