[dune-pdelab] pdelab-howto compiling

Hey Marco,
did you read Markus mail?
I have SuperLU installed, so I did not realize the real problem.
Then you just have the possibilities Markus mentioned (I don't think you really need dgoverlapping, dou you? So you can just remove the dgoverlapping entry in Makefile.am and the rest should work.)
