[dune-pdelab] error building grid-howto

Sorry, it was a mistake of mine. But configure --help is not clear enough.
I used "--with-metis" and "--with-parmetis" without "=PATH", because 
this is indicated in configure --help.
Specifying the PATH, the building works fine.
