[dune-pdelab] Two more JacobianInverseTransposed fixes

Hi PDELab,
I tried to compile rt0main from dune-pdelab-howto (everything
from trunk) and the compiler complained about the type of
JacobianInverseTransposed in two places. Find attached a patch
that did the trick for me. Maybe you would be so kind to apply
the patch?
