[dune-pdelab] jacobianapplyengine.hh missing in revision 2292 (trunk)?

Dear DUNE-pdelab list,

I just downloaded the latest revision of the pdelab trunk from the svn repository (revision 2292), but my code fails to compile with the following error message:

looks like the file jacobianapplyengine.hh in dune/pdelab/gridoperator/default is missing, can anyone suggest what I can do to fix this?
