[dune-pdelab] Why are constraints in finiteelementmap/

Hi PDELab,
is there a reason that constraints files
(conformingconstraints.hh, p0ghostconstraints.hh, rt0constraints.hh,
hangingnodeconstraints.hh, mfdconstraints.hh, p0constraints.hh)
are in finiteelementmap/ and not in constraints/?
I would expect to find them in the latter place.
