[dune-pdelab] Installing Dune

One could use CMake instead of autotools also. This should work with
the release tarballs.

One can activate it either by passing "--use-cmake" to dunecontrol or
the setting the variable USE_CMAKE=yes either in the shell or in an
opts file.

Unfortunately, this means that your own modules need to CMake,
too. Otherwise you run into the same problem there.
