[dune-pdelab] [Patch] Replace static quadrature order in poisson.hh

Dear PDELab-Team,
the attached patch removes the static 'qorder' template parameter of the Poisson class,
and replaces it with a run-time argument of the constructor.  I would be grateful if
you could apply this patch to the git master.

PS: The file poisson.hh contains quite a number of tabs.  You may want to uncrustify it.
