[dune-pdelab] Compiler support

Hi,

Happy new year!

I am trying to build the pdelab-howto with g++-4.4 and stumbling over
shadowed template parameters,
/home/mblatt/src/dune/current/dune-pdelab/dune/pdelab/backend/istl/patternstatistics.hh:14:
error: non-static const member ‘const long unsigned int
Dune::PDELab::istl::PatternStatistics<long unsigned int>::_nnz’, can't
use default assignment operator,
and the likes.

Was compiler support for gcc 4.4 dropped?
