[dune-pdelab] dune-typetree installs cxx11_initializer_list.m4 which is already installed by dune-common

you’re right, that file should only be in dune-common, I’ll remove it from
dune-typetree.

With those files, I have no real idea - don’t ask me anything about CMake…
