[dune-pdelab] Number of Newton Iterations

Hi everybody,

for my models I need a function, which returns the number of Newton 
iterations from newton.hh so that the time step size can be adapted. It 
would be great if this can be changed, so that I don't have to patch my 
PDELab version locally (see attached patch).
