[dune-pdelab] Dune-ALUGrid for PDELab

please find attached three patches.
- Clang 3.5 warns about effectless consts kex words.
- Support Dune-ALUGrid
- Mark test-poission-globalfe as failing. Maybe you want
   remove this test instead. A header is missing.
