[dune-pdelab] Merge requests for pdelab

Dear pdelab team,
I am trying to contribute my first contribution using the new work flow.
But I don't know how :-(  Could you please provide a short step-by-step guide
somewhere?  I know that Steffen explained it in some mail a while ago, but
it would be much more convenient to have it somewhere central.
