[dune-pdelab] Wish: MultiTypeBlockMatrix backend

Dear pdelab team,

I am using pdelab for simulations of plastic deformations of solids. That involves
separate function spaces for displacements and plastic strains; typically one uses
P1 and P0 elements, respectively.

The natural ISTL matrix for such problems is an 2x2 MultiTypeBlockMatrix of BCRSMatrices
(actually, the lower-right block could be a BDMatrix). Unfortunately, pdelab does not
implement a linear algebra backend for such matrices. Are there plans to implement such
a backend in the nearer future? Having looked at the BCRSMatrix backend a little bit
it seems out of the question that I myself will find the time to implement such a backend
myself, but I'd be willing to donate a crate of Feldschlößchen or a generous box of
chocolates to anybody who delivers at least a prototype implementation of a pdelab
MultiTypeBlockMatrix backend. Volunteers?

Cheers,
Oliver
