Hi Christian,
I've never seen this error before. What's your compiler? Are 
you
using Dune 2.4.1 or 2.4.0? Would you mind deleting your build 
folder
in dune-common, re-configure dune-common and attach the log? 
Currently
quite some information are not shown as they were cached.
