[dune-pdelab] Trouble with dune-pdelab and dune-typetree in CentOS 6.8

Hi,

that looks very much like a compiler or stdlib problem. Can you post the output of

echo | /opt/rh/devtoolset-2/root/usr/bin/c++ -E -v -

on that machine?
