[dune-pdelab] Patch submission / can't open merge request

Dear pdelab team

I was going to submit a small clean patch to dune-pdelab, but I am not allowed
to push into feature branches:

~/dune/dune-pdelab(feature/stop-using-subsamplingvtksequencewriter)> git push -u origin feature/stop-using-subsamplingvtksequencewriter
GitLab: You are not allowed to push code to this project.
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

Is this a bug or a feature?  Anyway, the small patch is attached to this email.
