[dune-pdelab] Pdelab/typetree 2.4.1 archives

Dear all,

are these two urls [1,2] meant to be non-existing since the latest
website updates? Maybe that I missed some information during the
service/website modification. Background: the Archlinux build scripts
for these modules fail. I can adjust them to fetching a certain commit
tagged v2.4.1, but the preferred way is to download the archives.
