[dune-pdelab] Change of list admins

Hi,

myself and Steffen have been the list admins of the dune-pdelab list.
However, we've both left academia and can no longer give the list quite the
attention it deserves.  Therefore I'm glad to announce the Rene has
volunteered himself and Santiago as new list admins.
