Ich bin Praktikant und schreibe eine Ausgabe für den Data Explorer.

Ein Problem dabei ist, daß der Data Explorer nur lineare Interpolation
auf den Elementen unterstützt. Ich muß also die Elemente
interpolieren, dafür die Klasse `Refinement'.

Hier ist type ein `Dune::ElementType'.

Christian meinte, daß solche ElementTypeTraits im Allgemeinen
praktisch wären, daher hier der Aufruf zum sammeln.  Allerdings hat
sich inzwischen herausgestellt, daß ich auch gut ohne diese Traits
auskomme (das Kontrukt, wo sie wirklich nützlich gewesen wären wird
von C++ explizit nicht unterstützt).

Ich habe sie also bei mit inzwischen rausgeschmissen, aber wenn sie
jemand wiederbeleben möchte...
