[Dune] Flyspray task #34 - Removal of Geometry::refElem

Hi,

I have to further suggestions...

1) remove dune/grid/common/reftopology.*
   We now have referenceelements.hh, so we do not need reftopology
   anymore.
2) move Dune::Geometry::checkInside(localCoord) to
   Dune::ReferenceElement
   This method is used seldom and is the same for all grids.

I also added these suggestions to the flyspray task.
