[Dune] Grid Documentation

Hi there!
There is one thing about the previous documentation proposals that
keeps bugging me.  I (as a DUNE _user_) tend to use the Doxygen-
generated class list a lot in order to find the documentation
for a given class I need.  But this list is full of entries that
are of no interest to pure interface users.  I would find it very
helpful if there could be a class list which did not contain the
classes that are only needed by DUNE developers.
