[Dune] Flyspray task #43 - new Quadrature Rules break semantic

I don't have any objections since it doesn't affect my code at any 
point. Generally, I'd find it better if all quadratures had the same 
semantics, so I would opt for a change in the new ones, but as I said, I 
am no point of reference in this discussion.
