[Dune] Conversion from bigunsignedint<58>???

Dear Dunler,

    in the grape interface for dune a localId of a vertex has
to be converted into some c-type. The localIdSet now
exports bigunsignedint<58> and I have no idea how to convert this into
int, unsigned int or anything else.
Could those, how introduced bigunsignedint<k> give some advise how to 
proceed!?
