Man muss statt dem SGridLevelIndexSet den
IndexSetWrapper<SGridLevelIndexSet> verwenden, dann sollte alles
funktionieren.

Ok, bis auf die number of codims Geschichte.
Vielleicht sollten wir das noch in die IndexSets aufnehmen.
