Here are my comments:

93 : no, should be done by applications
95 : not for 1.0, later yes
42 : should be in 1.0, Lets rename Function in disc/functions...
94 : every grid should be able to read from a portable grid file
     the interface of the function is not important now
80 : not for 1.0, I agree this is nice but I want 1.0 in reasonable
     time. I suggest the FR-people design the interface and implement it
     then we will add that to UGGrid post 1.0
41 : assigned to adrian, probably he will not do it?

on all others I agree.
