I just commited a patch that changed stuff to be more MPI compliant. I
hope I did not break to much.
Thanks to Christians change of the autconf mpi test and resolving the
HAVE_MPI_CPP issue I can now compile
the tests with lam.

Is there a special reason, why the tests do not run?? Could somebody
of the DGFParser crew change the Makefile
to run some tests, please.
