Details - I cannot read the attached dgf file into AlbertaGrid. 
Instead, I get around 7000 lines of error
messages starting with

check_fct:          error detected!!!
                    boundary[2] on domains boundary is nil on element

It doesn't seem to be the grid file itself, as ALUGrid reads it with
no difficulty.
