[Dune] Removal of ALU3dGrid.

Hi everybody,

at the end of this week I will remove the deprecated ALU3dGrid class by
making it's constructor protected so that only ALUCubeGrid and
ALUSimplexGrids can be used after that. Also the alu3dgrid.hh in the
grid directory is going to be removed.
