[Dune] fail to build dune common

[Sreejith Pulloor Kuttanikkad]

Hello,

After updating the modules, and when tried to build dune,
the build failed saying the following (a few lines from the error
message..)

sh /bin/wmlwrap -I . codingstyle.wml -o codingstyle.html
/bin/wmlwrap: /bin/wmlwrap: No such file or directory
make[3]: *** [codingstyle.html] Error 127
