[Dune] Parallel UGGrid as a release goal?

Hi as well,

my opininion is that 1.0 should be out as soon as possible with a stable 
and reasonable functionality. Sure I would like parallel UG. But since 
UG sucks because of license problems anyway we should not wait for this.
