Details - We need quadrature rules for zero-dimensional entities so
that algorithms which
do numerical quadrature on intersections gracefully degenerate on 1d
grids.

A quadrature rule for any order would simply consist of a single point
with no
coordinates and the weight 1.

This will make the tests for OneDGrid and SGrid run again.
