[Dune] inconsistency with intersection methods.

Dear DUNEians,

Bringing up the topic again to make things clear to me. I was going through
the discussion we had on inconsistency of intersection methods,
unfortunately some of the discussions I didnt understood very well (blame my
poor German). 

I would like to know what has been done/decided after the discussions;
Does the testinterectioniterator check for local orientation. 
What I tried now with ALUgrid is to see if 
        is.intersectionGlobal().global(localCoord) 
gives me same global coord
when evaluated from the self element and neighbor element with same
localcoord (assuming same local orientation on both elms). 
But it turn out that global coord produced is different
for ALUgrid when tested. Sgrid and YASPgrid produce same value. i didnt
test UG. what I tested is out of scope?

PS: I would also like to request if possible write the important discussion in English.
Normally I dont have problem with German as I try to understand with my
limited German or I use the google's language converter to convert into English. But sometimes
the converter produce stupid English which is much difficult to
understand than the original German and some of the important things
then is not understood for me. I thank you very much for your
understanding.
