Details - It has been said many times now that the SGrid
implementation is way slower than it could be.  Also, AFAIK, all SGrid
functionality is also provided by YaspGrid, except that SGrid has a
simpler constructor.  We may want to consider to speed up the
implementation (I was told that this would not be very difficult). 
Alternatively we could equip YaspGrid with a simpler constructor for
sequential use and remove SGrid altogether.  I personally tend towards
the second option, but I would like to hear your opinion.
