[Dune] New webpage

Yes, the new webpage is nice!  It still has a few glitches, though.
For example, the page called 'Installation' does still have the old
navigation stuff.  Also, the 'read more' button on the title page
doesn't really do much.  Maybe we should hide it until there really
is more to read.

And here's a third point (let the flame wars begin!):  Who appears
on the 'People' list and who doesn't?
