Details - I sugegst to fix this in dune 1.0.

The problem is that vector * scalar and vector * vector are
equivalent, because vector can be casted to scalar and vice versa. I
suggest to remove the vector * vector operator.

Are there any reasons not to do this? I think there was already a
similar issue reported by Oliver.
