Details - struct DGFGridInfo should not be part of gridinfo. It is (at
least the name suggest this) thaught to be used in conjunction with
the DGF parser. In this case the class should be part of the the
dgfparser.

Is there a specific reason for not adding the specializations of
DGFGridInfo to the different implementation headers?

C++ template specialization is used, but the preprocessor always hides
all specializations except the one enabled via configure.
